1. The Promotor of this promotion is Villa Maria Estate Limited ("Promotor" or "us or we").
2. The promotion commences at 12:01am (NZDT) on 1 June 2022 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 June 2022 ('Promotion Period').
3. By entering into this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

5. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Non-New Zealand Residents and/or Entrants under the age of 18 years old, Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with the Promotion, and participating retailers and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

How to enter

6. To enter the promotion, you must purchase (1) x 750mL bottle of Villa Maria Private Bin or Cellar Selection wine ("Participating Products") in-store with a promotional neck tag from a participating retail outlet nationwide during the Promotional Period and scan the QR Code or visit www.deliciouslyredwines.com to enter the unique code printed on the reverse of the neck tag and register and submit your details, during the Promotional Period to gain one (1) entry into the Daily Prize Draw. Online purchases of Participating Products are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
7. You must retain the original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries made.
8. Limited to one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period each to be accompanied by a unique code and original purchase receipt.
9. The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Prizes

10. Daily Prize Draw: there are ten (10) daily prize winners. Each winner will receive a set of two (2) RIEDEL Extreme Cabernet wine glasses to the value of $90.00RRP ("Prize").
11. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Prizes cannot be transferred by a winner to another person without the prior written consent of the Promotor.

Deciding on a winner

13. The Daily Prize draw will be conducted by random electronic selection on the following day for all eligible entries received between 12:01AM and 11:59PM for that day. The first daily prize draw will commence 2 June 2022 and the final Daily Prize Draw will take place on 1 July 2022. Entries in each daily draw will not be entered into any subsequent daily draw.
14. The Promotor's, its employees or agents decision on the prize winners is final and may not be challenged.
15. The Promotor will require the prize winner to provide proof of identity, age, and residency in order to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to require a prize winner to produce the original purchase receipt before distributing the prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter's satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
16. The winners of the Prizes will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw. The prize must redeemed within 5 days of being notified. If the Promotor fails to make contact with a winner/s within 5 days from the date of the draw, the Promotor may redraw another winner.
17. Winners should allow up to 28 days, from day of confirmation, to receive their prize to their provided delivery address. PO Boxes are not accepted.
18. If the prize is broken or damaged on delivery the Promoter may offer a replacement prize. Photographic proof of the damage will need to be emailed to promotions@btl.co.nz within in 48 hours of the delivery of the prize for the replacement to be considered.
19. If you win a Prize, you consent to your name and/or your photograph being used for the Promoter's promotional purposes and agree to make yourself reasonably available for this purpose if required by the Promotor.

Privacy

20. All personal information you provide us in connection with the promotion will only be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion. If you win a Prize, we may need to disclose your personal information to third parties involved with this promotion for the purpose of providing the Prize to you only. General

21. The Promotor is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the promotion. The Promotor will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.
22. The Promotor and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including special or consequential loss) damage or personal injury suffered (whether mental or physical) by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, any prize draw, a prize, or its use by the winner/s.
23. The Promotor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any or all of the prize draws or components of this promotion without notice.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
